Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Have the seal unbroken (for hygiene reasons, items with a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded).

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for return shipping costs, and we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions to ensure a smooth and secure process.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

We aim to process approved refunds within 72 hours after confirming receipt of the returned item.
Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please email us at info@puresmilebrush.com
 with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every customer to love their PureSmile™ product.
If you are not satisfied, you may qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
To use this guarantee, you must:

Document your product use with time-stamped photos over a 14-day period.

Send the photos, your order number, and a short explanation to info@puresmilebrush.com

Once our team confirms that the conditions are met, we will process your refund according to this policy.

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For your security, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning items.
PureSmile™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Cancellations

If your package has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed.
In that case, you can still return the item after receiving it by following the standard return procedure.
